Heat up your winter with an indoor adventure – swim, bike and walk or run in the comfort of the indoors! Competitors of all levels are welcome. Conducted in waves, the race consists of a 15-minute swim, water-walk or kickboard, 20 minutes cycling in the indoor cycling studio, and 20 minutes of running or walking on the track. Top finishers will be determined by a percentage conversion of the total numbers of laps and miles. Prizes will be awarded to top finishers and door prizes will be awarded throughout the event.
