February Trance Dance

Trance has been used for ages to access higher realms, activate healing, and foster the soul. In this trance dance session, we will use body movement, breathing techniques, and percussive soundscapes to stimulate a trance state. The intention is your own, but I will have some ideas/prompts if you need some inspiration.
We will begin with a brief introduction for those new to trance dance, and we will have time after the dance to process if so desired.
