This monthly stress-relieving event is based on the Egyptian Zar – a dance traditionally performed to drive away evil spirits. Join us for an hour of release, movement, and music in a safe and comfortable setting. You can drum, or move, or simply be in the space and listen.
No dance experience required! $5 at the door
