Come downtown to celebrate the 9th Annual KEM Shriners St. Patrick’s Day Parade! The parade begins at Widman’s Candy and ends at Kelly’s Bar on N 3rd St. Lineup is at 2:30 p.m., and parade starts at 3:00 p.m. The event is free and open to the public.
