You’ve heard the saying, “Go Big or Go Home”, right? Well, some of us have decided that’s just not GRAND enough for our community! So, we are debuting a new way residents and visitors can get out see all that our wonderful cities have to offer…it’s called “BinGo Grand”.
This fun promotion has taken the basic concept of the classic game and put a modern spin on it. The squares on a BinGo Grand card are filled with suggestions of fun activities to do in Greater Grand Forks. To fill in a square, all you have to do is take a selfie while participating in that activity. Once a four corners, vertical, horizontal, diagonal, or blackout bingo is achieved, it can then be submitted via social media or by dropping off a completed card at the Grand Forks Visitor Center. Once a bingo has been confirmed, all winning cards will then be put into a grand prize drawing, the first being for two tickets to the upcoming Eagles Concert at the Alerus Center.
Each activity listed in each square is totally up for interpretation by you. For example, “Jump for Joy” could occur at a trampoline park, in a store when finding a great bargain or after enjoying a delicious meal at a favorite restaurant. That’s what makes BinGo Grand so unique – it allows people to be creative, with no two cards being filled out the same way!
Rules for entry:
- Snap a selfie at each location and Tweet or Instagram the image using hashtag #BinGoGrand (please also consider tagging the establishment you are visiting).
- Once you have completed the bing card, you may submit it in two ways:
- Scan the card and e-mail it to
- Drop bingo card off at the Convention & Visitors Bureau (4251 Gateway Dr, Grand Forks)
